This policy is established to encourage and protect individuals who report misconduct, unethical behavior, or any illegal activities related to the operations of the Thailand Sport Climbing Association (TSCA). It ensures that such disclosures are handled in a safe, confidential, and appropriate manner.

Scope
This policy applies to all members, athletes, coaches, staff, volunteers, and stakeholders associated with the TSCA.
What to Report
Whistleblowers are encouraged to report concerns including, but not limited to Corruption or bribery, Abuse of athletes or members, Discrimination or harassment, Misuse of funds or association assets, Violations of laws, association policies, or ethical codes, Conflicts of interest or nepotism
Your Protection
TSCA ensures confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity (unless required by law)
No retaliation or discrimination against whistleblowers. Support and protection for individuals who act in good faith.
